Tucker wasn't posted to be bid on. I thought after the Astros won him illegally or something last week he was awarded to next highest bidder. I may be wrong as it was kinda confusing to who won him last week

for bobby poyner it say 2 years 800k 400k aas what are you talking about? He's saying that Poyner wasn't suppose to be offered a multi year deal. He was suppose to get a straight AAS deal as he hasn't pitched more than 50 IP in his career. I think that's what he means anyways

Correct assessment on Poyner and as far as Tucker he is currently owned by Seattle and was an illegal post and bid.
