Since he’s 21 he would normally be a draft guy. Acccordingm to our rules a draft guy would have to wait till the next FYPD(since most are signed mid season anyway)
He dined before the season started so we can make an exception, but again ge’s Under 23 so we’d also be making exception to the bonus signing rule. Larry and I want to make things exciting so let give these teams with a lot of money a shot at a good player. Thoughts???

I am for anything that gets and keeps people engaged. This would be just for the Int'l players right? Because I don't want to make the FYPD irrelevant.

Ohtani has a contract. He was put on an MLB team. Martinez is 300k because he’s a minor leaguer. He would need a contract for this year so Larry is right but I would Count this season and do 2018-2022.
