It appears the Cards selected Luis Garcia, WAS with pick 3.10 but failed to roster. Now the new Cubbies owner selected him and he has been added to their roster. Cards have been around for a while and should probably know better. However, aside from a couple of teams I was adding players via Fantrax to their rosters so I don't know if that was his expectation. What should we do?

I have given him the option of keeping him or two additional picks. If it was an un-owned team then he would not have the choice and would receive two picks. But since we are talking about a seasoned owner it is ultimately on him to keep his roster up-to-date.

He's cool with it and dropped him. He said it was on him but I still offered the two picks. I tried to pick him up for the Cards but it is not letting me. I may have to wait until tomorrow. Otherwise I'll pick him up myself and trade him in a one player deal to the Cards.
