FA’s start Monday.
1. I’ll handle setting it up and times. Who’s going to post winners?
2. As far as bids and contract min/max the UFA and RFA is not consistent. I would like to for future reference make them both consistent to what we have in place for UFA
3. This needs to be the last year for team pick compensation in RFA
4. IMO this should also be our last year under the International FA Bonus structure. Let’s go to regular FA on these guys.
5. Let me know if you have anyone or post on REDdIT. We should have a Houston owner by now.

1 more thing.... I know responses was spelled wrong, but OHTANI... I would like to have him posted with OF/DH to get it out of the way so people know how to spend their money. He will at some point be DH eligible so it fits.

He's already UTL eligible on fantrax, so why wouldn't he be included?

I agree with your points. Especially #3. We need to have an owner for the Cubbies or I will make sure they outbid everyone on Ohtani. This team need the help more than anyone and has over $150M left to spend. If we find an owner for them who isn't interested in him then that is their choice. But we cannot continue to sit back and let teams get worse and worse through no activity. To me it is a no brainer, Cubs bid $110M plus, game over. Still have $40M left this year and $140M or more next year. I'm just sayin...We absolutely need to do the right thing.
