I'm throwing a few things out there and this is one of those no one in particular posts.... well except Cincy who's no longer around.
1. We are way too slow at responding to teams for new access and we are way too slow at posting/approving trades.
2. We are disorganized. No one is particularly responsible and it looks a little too much like a Democracy gone bad. Who is in charge and who likes to be around as much as me? (I'm thinking Ron or Larry??)
3. We have not properly advertised..... I set up a few feelers and added some guys. (back to slow) we have some in the league but others that I was not personally attached to lost interest because we didn't on board them or have a venue for communication. I would like to add a Group ME page. I cant do that (initiative) without ability to create or manipulate Threads. My ADMIN access in here (ProBoards) is very limited.
4. Team Contraction.... I'm okay with it but honestly believe with a little work we can easily get these teams filled. They will remain filled if we make this place more active.
Pirates, A's and Padres have not had an off season. I promise these guys will add life. PROMISE.
5. Lastly, Cincy was an ass clown. He was way too harsh with some of his wording. I don't know if he was stressed at home or just has general personality issues. He pissed me off a couple times just with what he said about other teams. I paid his dues so I never had anything personal to say, but I did see some frustration. That being said we can universally make this a happy place.
6. I am petitioning for some answers but mainly how about some access and a little time. This is not my first rodeo and I am apart of 2 very successful Dynasty League. One as a member that many of you might be interested in and one as a commish that Ron can vouch for. Let's make this place great again. Let's also try to have 30 teams repped! Whatya Say?
