Blue Jays 62 players
Mets 61 players and $13.515M over cap (Haven't yet picked up players but still a violation)
Phillies 62 players $10.207M over cap (Haven't picked up players but still a violation) They have a preliminary trade to resolve this with the O's but are we supposed to allow $10M+ over at all?
Orioles will be at 62 players when above trade goes through
There may be more but that's all the time I have. I am pretty sure with all these.

According to our rules I believe they have 72 hours to cure. This would put them at 1:50am tomorrow.

Yes, we need to enforce. I sadly don't have time until Wednesday. If someone else wants to send an ultimatum, that's fine. But I'll have some time Wednesday evening to organize stuff.

Not only that we need teams to pick up their players that they won. Some kind of time limit should be imposed to do this or they lose them to free agency and have to pay half of the contract.
