* RP Jason Garcia, Bal [29.2IP] - Has a long history of control and command problems; may have a good K/9 but it may not be enough to overcome
* SP Jefferson Mejia, Ari - Not even on my rankings anywhere; not much chatter about him, and last year was rough: www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.cgi?id=mejia-000jef
* RP Mauricio Cabrera, Atl - Converted to RP last season but still struggled. Can throw above 100 mph, but that still hasn't seemed to help: tomahawktake.com/2016/03/28/atlanta-braves-top-100-prospects-55-mauricio-cabrera/

I scratch my head on a couple of others like Tyrone Perry and Andrew Susac, but I'm not sure they're worth giving up on.

After adding all BA top 30 rankings I agree with Mejia, Tyrone Perry definitely. Railey, Szczur, Lemond. Is Burgos worh $1.55M? Then Garcia and Cabrera.

You're right about Burgos. Missed him. I'd toss Burgos.

Not that I expect Szczur to get much playing time at all, but if the Phillies are not managed for a while, it's nice to at least have a bat with some playing time chance in the lineup.

I'd toss Railey before I tossed Lemond.

Mejia, Perry, Burgos and Railey are the players Shawn and I agree should probably be dropped. Anyone else care to weigh in?
