I don't like the trade. Getting rid of Granderson's salary and picking up Sale? Specs and picks don't make up for that IMO.

It's light years better than the Rays offer. I still think he could/should have gotten more. But it seems the #1 FYPD probably swayed him. I know I offered him 3 top 50 players but he wanted a 2nd which I do not have. I am not sure I would veto it though.

I don't like the trade but at least he has some talent coming back to him so it's a pass for me. The padres guy is just terrible.
