How do we handle this case?
Over the draftable age limit for international signee, but didn't sign ML Contract.
Do we:
A) Do the signing bonus followed by PP contract B) Allow him to be bid on as a MiLB player
Then we can add it to rules section for future situations.

Do we want to stick with this?
What if an international signee over the age limit isn't picked up by a team in the first year... would they be eligible to be drafted the following year, similar to me picking up any prospect under the AB/IP limit?

I would guess so yea. Assuming he was eligible to be signed in the season and nobody chose to.
