He traded both of his restricted tags with james Mcdonald/Matt Garza, and 1 franchise tag with Michael Morse. So he had 1 franchise left for Buster Posey.

Prospect tag Posey. Franchise Arrieta. Restrict Laroche, Hill. Could always prospect Arrieta, and restrict Posey, but I think I'd rather keep Posey a few more years cheap.
