I'm told Aplin was available on Fantrax as a free agent. I'm going to ask, but our precedent has been "if a player isn't on your Fantrax roster within 72 hours, he's a free agent." We should probably stick to that precedent. The way I see it, Jason (Royals) gave up the rights to Aplin by not picking him up on Fantrax. Going to verify.

He was one of the guys that wasn't listed in fantrax when I picked up my team. I didn't know he was on fantrax yet is the reason I didn't add him. I'm not sure if the 72hr rule would apply for that instance.

I didn't realize you owned him at all, or I'd not have posted him. I had picked him up in Fantrax- he has since been dropped.
