He doesnt have his own first round pick to surrender but is taking a pick really a punishment for him? I say reduce his cap for next year.

It's not only the o's it looks like the rays, mets, cubs, and braves. I think if a team doesn't have their first and have others we should take away the most valuable pick and if a team doesn't have a first then we should subtract cap space. We know the Cubs and O's are still with us but who knows with the rays, mets, and brave. I think we should only punish the teams that wish to stay. I think we need to make the punishment harsh bc if its not, then there less incentive for others to pay next year.

I think you should take away Matthew's 1st round pick for not next year's draft but the year after if that works

In a recent PM from Jordan, he said "If you have not paid by Friday you will lose at least your highest pick. If you don't have any picks I will find something worse." If we stick by this, Matthew would loose the Yankees 1st rd pick for the upcoming draft.

O ok as long as he has a 1st round pick thats fine by me.
By the way...are there going to be stages of punishment? Like if this guy doesn't pay by this date again then something else happens and then 3rd time there out?

I think a second date should be put in place and cap space should be lost. Matthew and The Cubs could care less about 1 first round pick in my opinion.

Penalties were already established. 25 people payed dues and its unfair to everyone if no follow through happens. Teams that dont even compete payed. This includes the cubs too

I will set a new deadline before I put a hold on stats...

The Mets and rays have multiple picks so I'm guessing will take their best picks, kind of sucks to do it to rebuilding teams that need talent but we have to be fair. I'm good with the Cubs and O's punishment with the yanks pick and 5mill of cap space.
