Teams without a GM

I am going through and trying to update teams without a GM.

Twins:
They have 2 FT and 2RFT and below is a list of guys with expiring contracts. I think we should franchise Soo-Choo & Papelbon and RFT Liriano & Broxton, any thoughts? I have also posted they would pick up club options on Baker, Balfour, and Hill, these can be debated as well.

RP - Jonathan Papelbon

Club Options:
Aaron Hill , 13:$8M CO, 14:$10 CO
Scott Baker 13:$ 9.25M CO
Grant Balfour 13:$4.5M CO

Mets:
1FT and 1RFT, I say we franchise Brett Myers and restrict Boesch or Maholm

MI- Tyler Greene (Cardinals)
CI- Jack Hannahan (Indians)
OF- Brennan Boesch (Tigers)
SP- Paul Maholm (Braves)
RP- Kyle McClellan (Cardinals)

CL- Brett Myers (Astros)

Braves:
I only see one expiring contract, FT Ryan Vogelsong

Not sure if you have the right amount of $ on the salary remaining for Twins but this is what I would do:

Twins:
Agree with the FT/RT you put
Pick up option on Hill and Balfour, decline Baker

Mets: Franchise Maholm, restrict Boesch

yeah total salaries will be off, I have not updated them yet. I was just updating individual contracts.
