I think we've put it off long enough...Dale is active and a very nice person HOWEVER...the guy has no idea what he's doing in this league. He keeps saying every year that he's about to "rebuild" but then he trades all of his picks, trades the few prospects he gets when he trades the 2 or 3 players on his team that have MLB Value, and then he trades those players again for crap.
He's made an amazing amount of awful trades in his Full Count career and I'm not talking about this Wandy waiver deal...I'm fine with the deal itself. But he said just 2 months ago that he was "rebuilding" but then he went out and traded 2 prospects for Wandy and is now "looking to build a good pitching staff for next year."
The NL East in this league, aside from Jordan, doesn't look like there is any life in there. Dale and the Marlins owner aren't fielding anything and the Nats and Braves are inactive teams with some good young players and potential. I've been saying for a few years we need to fix the problem in this division but it keeps getting passed over.
Does anyone agree with me here?

Dales a weak owner but not bad enough to kick out. He fields a middle to lower of the pack team every year. He's fine with me

I'm not saying kick out per say...but we really need to monitor some of his stuff.

I'm with nick on this one. No reason to kick him out plus it would be hard to find a replacment owner for his team. I also don't think he needs to be watched, it's not like he's trading superstars for nothing. I think we need to fill up the division.

I get what your saying Seth, but I am not that concerned with Dale. He does make some trades that make you scratch your head, but when all said and done, he is a loyal owner, who is active, and will be here for the long haul. He has told me several times that he does not try to build for the future but will always do what he can do to try and compete on a year to year basis.
We do need to focus on getting owners for teams that will be here for more than a few months. I would much rather have owners like Dale than try and fill teams like the Braves, Nats, and so on every few months, where it appears we have a revolving door.

Well it's really unfortunate too cause both teams have some nice young talent.

If we find the right owner i think the Nats have good building blocks as do the Braves
