1.) The draft order will be set by the final standings in reverse order from worst to first, after the world series. The last place team will be awarded the #1 overall pick and the World Series winner will get the 30th pick and so on. If there is a tie in the standings the winner of the most categories will be the tie breaker and awarded the higher pick. 2.) Each pick of every round will be given a time slot. A GM can not make a pick until the team in front of you makes their pick or your time slot is on the clock. Rounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 can not start until all compensation picks are made or the time slot for the first pick of each round is on the clock. 3.) In the first round each pick will have a three hour time limit. Starting with the 2nd Rd and each round after, every pick will have a one hour time limit. 4.) All unowned prospects, first year players that are signed, and international players that are not signed to a major league contract per COTS are available to draft. Each player must be signed by the time the first pick of the draft has been made. COT's Link: mlbcontracts.blogspot.com/

Starting with 2013/2014 FYPD, any player under the 50 IP/150 AB limit is eligible to be drafted.
