OOT 6/22-25 with limited access and on 6/27 I'm having shoulder surgery so I'll have limited access if any through 7/4.

Been there. I also had a severed bicep that they had to fish for and attach to my arm with sugar rivets that dissolve after six weeks. I sit behind a desk and was still off for two months. I still need to exercise it occasionally to keep it from hurting or tightening. The harder you work the better you will be in the long run. All the pain will be worth it. At least I got to see the Dbacks beat the Yanks in the WS. I saw every pitch of that series...except the last inning, walk off hit. Couldn't stay up any longer. Good luck.

lol...that's awesome. I've been given a 4-6mth recovery time before I can go back to work. I've been told no matter how ridiculous the exercises appear, do them as often as possible.

One of the first you will do is the itsy bitsy spider on the wall. Believe it or not it's a good feeling when you can go 6 inches higher. If you have to ice your shoulder take two one gallon zip lock bags, put one inside the other pour a bottle of rubbing alcohol to two parts of water and freeze. It will take about 24 hours to become slushy but you can use it before that because it is cold. Ice up with that. You won't have ice melting and running down your back or chest. Plus unlike ice cubes it does not melt then freeze in some weird shape that causes you to hold it on your shoulder or tie a towel around it to hold it in place. It will conform to whatever you put it on. In your case your shoulder. If you make two you can alternate using one for quite a while, put it back and when you have to ice take the other one out and used that one.
