as i was getting ready to make a bid, an error came up....here is what i found

The Rockies bid of Upton is illegal. #7. FA Process states any AAS:$20M or more, all contract years must be between 80 and 120% of the AAS value.
This means years 2016, 2017 and 2020 are illegal as a 29.33m AAS range is $23.47m to $35.20m

Does this mean it goes to the next bidder?

James Shields didn't have an AAS of over $20M. I made the same mistake in my offer to Justin Upton...I didn't see the buried rule as well, have been here 6 years and didn't even know about it. We're going to figure out a solution asap in the TRP section.

Well I traded Price already and then I traded J.Paxton because I needed to get under the cap.
